ANI in its sole discretion reserves the right to suspend or cancel any and all promotional offers or ongoing sale pricing on products offered on our resellers or distributor's website or advertisement of any kind at any time without notice to any distributor, reseller, or consumer.

Amber NaturalZ offers many options for shipping both domestically and foreign at full shipping value. Free Standard Shipping is not offered through our company on Animal Health Products. Subscribers may see Free standard shipping in the future.
Orders eligible for free standard shipping will ship via the carrier of our choice. Expedited orders and orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States do not qualify for free shipping and might be subject to additional shipping fees.
Amber NaturalZ strives to produce products at a timely rate. As the manufacturer, we reserve the right to backorder (B.O.) any customer, reseller or distributor orders due to the scarcity of materials, demand, or any reason we deem fit. We also reserve the right to inform the purchaser if the situation requires it. If the products are stated as B.O., we reserve the right to have 60 day grace period to produce product(s) to be shipped.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the then-current Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your Subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Automatic Renewal Terms: Once you subscribe, Amber NaturalZ, Inc. will automatically process your Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Amber NaturalZ, Inc. will continue to automatically process your Subscription fee for the selected Subscription time at the then-current Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. If Amber NaturalZ, Inc. does not receive payment for an auto Subscription, we have the right to cancel your Subscription and put a hold on your order until funds are received. Amber NaturalZ, Inc. reserves the right to terminate your Subscription account if funds are not received or for violating ANY of our Terms & Conditions.
Subscription Cancelation: You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time via phone, email, or personal customer account located at www.ambernaturalz.com. By Canceling your Subscription, your account with Amber NaturalZ, Inc., and all information therein will not be terminated only the Subscription rate and auto-renewal will be canceled. You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account, clicking on the desired subscription (located on the dashboard), and follow the cancellation process described there. If you need help, feel free to email, or call at 877-727-8243. If you cancel your subscription, the cancelation will take effect on your next monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for Monthly Subscription fees paid prior to the month cancelation take effect.
